Attending NAB Show this year reinforced something we’ve felt for a while: face‑to‑face conversations still carry a weight that digital interactions can't fully replicate.
Online, everyone is competing for attention. Emails go unread, messages get skimmed, and most teams barely have time to respond to the people they already work with. Standing out in that environment is difficult, even when there’s a genuine fit.
On the show floor, the dynamic was completely different. When people stopped at the VimBiz booth to learn more, conversations rarely stayed brief. As the scope of what we offer became clearer, discussions naturally expanded.
Some visitors spent hours with us, digging into real workflows, operational challenges, and the realities behind their planning and scheduling decisions. Others brought colleagues over, called teammates on FaceTime, recorded videos, or gathered information to take back to their teams. Several even mentioned that they hadn’t realized they had a need until seeing our platform in context.
What stood out most was how the in‑person setting created space; space to ask better questions, explore nuance, and connect operational problems to practical solutions. It also allowed us to do something that’s hard to replicate online: put real people, faces, and accountability behind a company and its promises.
Those moments matter because they shape understanding and trust in ways that last.
When it comes time for organizations to evaluate options and make decisions, relationships and trust play a significant role. Being able to associate a product with a team you’ve met – people who listened, understood your environment, and spoke your language – carries real weight.
NAB Show reminded us that while digital touchpoints are essential, in‑person engagement remains irreplaceable when it comes to building understanding, trust, and long‑term partnerships.
To everyone who stopped by, shared their challenges, and took the time to talk with us, thank you.
If you’re interested in continuing the conversation or starting a new one, we’d be glad to connect.
