Service Requests - 701
A Service Request is a request made for a service to be completed. For example: when a piece of equipment needs to be repaired, a Service Request is created, and assigned to someone to complete the service.
Service Requests follow a process of requesting, assigning, and completing that match specific roles: Requester, Coordinator, and Technician.
