Production Discrepancies - 732
A Production Discrepancy is an issue that has occurred off-air.
The Production Discrepancy module is used to:
- Document off-air issues in detail.
- Inform or alert the right people.
- Analyze individual or multiple discrepancies to see trends.
- Coordinate resolutions.

Open Manage Production Discrepancies or Manage My Production Discrepancies. |

Select New Discrepancy. |

Select a Service Center. |

Enter a Headline. |

Optional: Select a different Reported By employee, Area Affected, and Location. |

Enter a Description. |

Optional: Enter Origin, Nature of Issue, and Impairment selections. |

Select a Start Date and End Date. |
Duration will be automatically calculated based on the selected dates. |

Optional: Manually enter the duration of the discrepancy. |
Manually entering the duration will update the End Date to the difference between the Start Date and the duration of the discrepancy. |

Optional: Enter Content info: Division, Show, Root Cause, and Secondary Cause. |
