Message Distribution Rules - 921
Configuration Guide
Actions or events in VimBiz can be used as triggers to send an email or text message. Example: When a Service Request’s Status is changed, the owner of the Service Request is emailed to notify them of the change.
Message Distribution Rules configure automatic messaging of emails or text messages. Configurable rules include the list of recipients, message content, event triggers, and more.
Recipients of a message can be configured with a static value (email address or phone number) or can be determined by the value of an SQL Statement captured by the VimBiz Event (Requesting Employee, Service Center Manager, etc.).
Rules are configured using VimBiz Events and are triggered when all criteria are met.

*See form tooltips for additional information.
