Vimsoft customers are National TV Networks, Specialty Networks, Mobile Production, and Media Conglomerates in ten countries and in multiple languages. They broadcast a variety of programs, such as national and local news, sports events, talk shows, music programs, movies, other entertainment, and advertisements. Our software manages much of the human resources and equipment logistics planning for these organizations. We evolve based on an iterative and incremental process. We are agile.

Summary:
As the Marketing Director, you will be responsible for leading and executing our marketing strategy to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive and innovative marketing campaigns that align with our business objectives.

Primary Duties:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase our company and our product's brand visibility and market share.
  • Oversee and execute the creation and distribution of marketing materials, including but not limited to: digital content, advertisements, promotional campaigns, case studies, white papers, webinars, marketplace listings, website product pages, and more.
  • Manage and optimize marketing budgets to ensure maximum ROI.
  • Working closely with product management, marketing, sales, and product success teams to ensure cohesive and effective major product upgrade launches and marketing initiatives.
  • Understand market trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to create effective lead generation and customer retention strategies.
  • Analyze and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, using data-driven insights to optimize future efforts.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with media contacts, industry influencers, and strategic partners.
  • Ensure consistent messaging and branding across all marketing channels and materials.
  • Plan and execute events, webinars, and trade shows to promote VimBiz.

Minimum Qualifications (Skills & Experience):
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and content marketing.
  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously, with attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.

Summary:
Product Success Specialists are a hybrid role, combining Customer Success, and Product Ownership. Their main responsibility is to ensure our customers are getting world-class customer service. The PSS; secondary and equally important responsibility is to be the expert of VimBiz and always having a product hat on.

Primary Duties:

Customer Success Duties:
  • Provide first-line technical support and address customer inquiries via the VimBiz Customer Portal, following our SLAs.
  • Proactive and responsive communication and updates of CRs (reception confirmation, status updates, completion expectations, additional information requests, and more).
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, escalating complex problems as necessary.
  • Collaborate on creating and updating help center, tool tips, and support documentation.
  • Build strong relationships with key customers to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction.
  • Implement strategies to improve customer retention and overall customer experience through proactive outreach and personalized support.
  • Gather and share customer feedback with the team.

Product Duties:
  • Maintain an in-depth understanding of the software's features and updates.
  • Adhere to the company's release processes to assign development work (SRs) at the right time and right place.
  • Develop and conduct training sessions, webinars, and workshops for customers.
  • Provide insights for product development based on customer feedback.
  • Define how VimBiz can solve customer problems, be it using existing functionality, or developing new features.
  • Gather all pertinent documentation to document customer requirements and timelines to meet customer needs, including but not limited to: requirements, branch(es), version(s), platform(s), module(s), expected completion dates, screenshots or screen recordings, and any other pertinent information required for development and QA teams to complete high quality output.
  • Lead demos for new and existing customers.
  • Help with regression testing and QA testing by documenting real user scenarios, and regression testing during regression weeks.
  • Clear and concise documentation of release notes, when applicable.

Minimum Qualifications (Skills & Experience):
  • Strong understanding of enterprise software and related technologies.
  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills for effectively interacting with customers and internal teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve customer issues.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously, with attention to detail.
  • A genuine passion for helping customers succeed and ensuring their satisfaction with the product.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
  • Relevant work experience in customer-facing roles for software support and training.
  • Proven ability to learn a complex system quickly.
  • Proven ability to explain complex concepts in an easy-to-understand way to business users.

  • Experience with project implementation and ERP software.

The Workplace Experience Coordinator is responsible for the overall operational support and enhancement of the workplace environment, ensuring a world-class experience for employees, visitors, and guests. This includes managing office facilities, helping with administrative and HR/people operations responsibilities, coordinating events, fostering a positive and productive workplace culture, to only name a few.

Primary Duties:
  • Office Management: Oversee daily office operations, manage supplies and inventory, coordinate maintenance and repairs.
  • Employee Experience: Coordinate engagement initiatives, organize company events, serve as a contact for workplace issues.
  • Visitor and Guest Coordination: Welcome and assist visitors, coordinate any preparations needed before they arrive.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to departments, such as but not limited to: HR/people operations activities, finance and office operations activities, coordination for customer or work related events.
  • Facilities Management: Ensure a clean, safe office environment, work with external vendors as needed, manage office layout changes, manage office supplies.

    Summary:
    The Software Developer is responsible for assisting with development projects, continuing existing development efforts, and maintaining high standards of development methodologies and processes, while ensuring excellent product quality and services.

    Primary Responsibilities:
  • Develop and enhance VimBiz, Vimsoft’s flagship product, which is a suite of Rich, Web and Mobile applications developed using Microsoft .NET and Microsoft SQL Server technologies.
  • Work with a team to develop and create simple processes to resolve complex business requirements and to create automation tools to further reduce the user’s workload.
  • Create complex functions, stored procedures, triggers, and scripts to support application development.
  • Develop techniques to increase performance information processing and accelerate complex queries.

  • Minimum Qualifications:
  • Post-secondary education in Computer Science/IT, or equivalent job experience.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience as Software Developer.
  • Good knowledge of relational databases and database programming languages (T-SQL).

  • Bonus Qualifications:
  • Programming experience using Microsoft Visual Studio .NET.
  • Experience developing, deploying, or managing applications on Microsoft Azure or other Cloud platforms.
  • Skills and experience with technologies such as Web Services, Web Applications, and Xamarin.
  • Understanding of business workflows and processes in the media and broadcasting industry.
  • Experience working in enterprise software development and client implementation.
