Our dynamic team is based out of our Dieppe office, working in a hybrid model. We develop innovative information management software for business and logistics workflows for the media industry in multiple languages and on multiple continents.

Our customers
Vimsoft customers are National TV Networks, Specialty Networks, Mobile Production, and Media Conglomerates in ten countries and in multiple languages. They broadcast a variety of programs, such as national and local news, sports events, talk shows, music programs, movies, other entertainment, and advertisements. Our software manages much of the human resources and equipment logistics planning for these organizations. We evolve based on an iterative and incremental process. We are agile.
Summary:
As the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for leading and executing our marketing strategy to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive and innovative marketing campaigns that align with our business objectives.
Primary Duties:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase our company and our product's brand visibility and market share.
- Oversee and execute the creation and distribution of marketing materials, including but not limited to: digital content, advertisements, promotional campaigns, case studies, white papers, webinars, marketplace listings, website product pages, and more.
- Manage and optimize marketing budgets to ensure maximum ROI.
- Working closely with product management, marketing, sales, and product success teams to ensure cohesive and effective major product upgrade launches and marketing initiatives.
- Understand market trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning.
- Collaborate with the sales team to create effective lead generation and customer retention strategies.
- Analyze and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, using data-driven insights to optimize future efforts.
- Develop and maintain relationships with media contacts, industry influencers, and strategic partners.
- Ensure consistent messaging and branding across all marketing channels and materials.
- Plan and execute events, webinars, and trade shows to promote VimBiz.
Minimum Qualifications (Skills & Experience):
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and content marketing.
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously, with attention to detail.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
- Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
- Proven strong presentation and storytelling abilities.
Bonus Qualifications:
- Additional languages written and oral, particularly French, German, Spanish, Portuguese, Danish, Dutch, Norwegian, Swedish, and Italian.
- Experience in the media or technology industries.
- MBA or advanced degree in marketing or related field.
- Familiarity with SEO/SEM strategies and tools.
- Experience with video production and marketing.
- Experience with enterprise software / ERP solutions

Summary:
The Software Developer is responsible for assisting with development projects, continuing existing development efforts, and maintaining high standards of development methodologies and processes, while ensuring excellent product quality and services.
Primary Responsibilities:
Develop and enhance VimBiz, Vimsoft’s flagship product, which is a suite of Rich, Web and Mobile applications developed using Microsoft .NET and Microsoft SQL Server technologies.
Work with a team to develop and create simple processes to resolve complex business requirements and to create automation tools to further reduce the user’s workload.
Create complex functions, stored procedures, triggers, and scripts to support application development.
Develop techniques to increase performance information processing and accelerate complex queries.
Minimum Qualifications:
Post-secondary education in Computer Science/IT, or equivalent job experience.
Minimum 3 years’ experience as Software Developer.
Good knowledge of relational databases and database programming languages (T-SQL).
Bonus Qualifications:
Programming experience using Microsoft Visual Studio .NET.
Experience developing, deploying, or managing applications on Microsoft Azure or other Cloud platforms.
Skills and experience with technologies such as SOAP APIs, REST APIs, React, Xamarin, MAUI.
Understanding of business workflows and processes in the media and broadcasting industry.
Experience working in enterprise software development and client implementation.
Knowledge of Crystal Reports and/or Microsoft Reporting Services.
Experience with system integration and interfacing with other applications.

Summary:
The Product Implementation Specialist is a highly technical, customer-facing role, responsible for becoming a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on our application. This role involves leading implementation projects and gathering requirements from our customers. The Product Implementation Specialist possesses outstanding communication skills, both in writing and in person, and has a strong technical background with a proven ability to quickly grasp complex concepts.
They think creatively and thrive in solving ambiguous problems that customers may face, always identifying how our application can offer solutions. Known for their expertise, they are sought after for their knowledge and conduct training sessions both internally and externally. Additionally, they are available to travel as needed to provide customer training or to resolve complex implementation challenges.
Primary Duties:
Project implementation:
- Lead the end-to-end implementation process of our VimBiz Solution for broadcasting customers.
- Collaborate with customers to understand their specific needs, configure the product to meet those needs and write requirements for enhancements as needed.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Customer training:
- Develop and deliver training sessions (both on-site and virtual) for customers, focusing on maximizing product adoption and utilization.
- Create training materials, including manuals, videos, and other resources to support customer education.
Technical Expertise:
- Serve as the SME for the VimBiz Solution, providing expert guidance to both customers and internal teams.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during and after the implementation phase.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with product, support, and sales teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Provide feedback to the product development team to drive continuous improvement and product enhancements.
Post-Implementation Support:
- Offer ongoing support to customers after implementation, ensuring they fully leverage the product's capabilities.
- Conduct follow-up sessions to address any additional training needs or questions.
Primary Skills:
- Outstanding English verbal and written communication skills for effectively interacting with customers and internal teams.
- Gain and maintain an expert level understanding of the software's features, updates and related technologies.
- Very strong analytical and problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve customer issues.
- Highly organized, with an ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously, with attention to detail.

- Relevant work experience in customer-facing roles as software training specialist, implementation specialist or SME.

- Self-managed, requiring minimal supervision.
- Proactive and responsive communication and updates of Customer Requests assigned to them.
- Develop and conduct training sessions, webinars, and workshops for customers.
- Provide insights for product development based on customer feedback.
- Define how VimBiz can solve customer problems, be it using existing functionality, or developing new features.
- Ability to manage their own projects.
- Lead demos for new and existing customers.
Minimum Experience:
- 5+ years in similar roles (product implementation, software training or SME). Ideally in B2B Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems
- 3+ years of experience working with enterprise customers.
- Strong technical background and/or knowledge.
- Bachelor’s in business/technology/finance or equivalent
Bonus Qualifications:
- Additional languages written and oral, particularly French, German, Spanish, Portuguese, Danish, Dutch, Norwegian, Swedish, and Italian are an asset. As mentioned, we work with International Customers.
- Experience working with scheduling, asset management, finance, or rental software.
- Experience with databases and SQL.
