A team you actually like
We’re a culture for the curious: a mix of thinkers and doers who share ideas, challenge assumptions, and build things that genuinely help people — not clock-watchers ticking boxes.
No politics. Just collaboration.
We collaborate, we communicate, we solve problems. No one here is trying to win office politics — we’re here to build great software together.

I love the positive attitude, the sound of people whistling in the office, and the general camaraderie you feel when you're there :)
I enjoy traveling internationally to train clients across Scandinavia, Europe, and North America, building professional connections with people from diverse cultures.
I love being part of my team. The environment is positive and very supportive, and I appreciate that employee's opinions and efforts are recognized :)
Last week, two coworkers helped me untangle a potential disaster. Neither one made me feel like an idiot. 10/10 would recommend working here.
What I like most about working here is that my coworkers are funny, down-to-earth, and easy to connect with.
This is actually one of the rare times in my career when I’m genuinely happy with where and who I work with.

Summary
Vimsoft is seeking an Implementation Lead to take full ownership of customer implementation projects from kickoff through go‑live and stabilization.
This is a hands‑on role. You will personally execute implementation work while leading and coordinating others where needed. You are expected to understand the details, make decisions, and take responsibility for outcomes. This is not a role with idle time between projects. When implementations are not active, the focus shifts to hands‑on contribution across teams to build knowledge, support delivery, and improve execution.
You will act as the primary point of accountability for the customer and internally, ensuring implementations move forward efficiently, pragmatically, and successfully.
Primary Duties- Own customer implementations end‑to‑end, from project initiation to go‑live and post‑launch stabilization.
- Act as the primary point of contact for implementation‑related topics with customers.
- Lead discovery sessions, requirements workshops, and solution design discussions with customers.
- Actively contribute to QA, Customer Success, Product, and delivery activities between implementation projects to deepen system knowledge and support team priorities.
- Perform hands‑on system configuration, validation, and setup across assigned modules.
- Work directly with customers on data preparation, migration planning, validation cycles, and issue resolution.
- Identify scope risks, implementation constraints, and dependencies early — and act on them.
- Make day‑to‑day decisions required to keep implementations moving without waiting for executive intervention.
- Coordinate and leverage internal resources (CS, QA, BA, Product, Engineering, Trainers) as needed — without relying on them to own delivery.
- Troubleshoot implementation blockers by diving into details rather than escalating prematurely.
- Manage implementation timelines, milestones, and customer expectations realistically.
- Serve as the first level of escalation for implementation‑related customer issues.
- Contribute to improving implementation practices, templates, checklists, and internal documentation.
- Provide factual, no‑nonsense project status visibility to internal stakeholders when required.
Minimum Qualifications- Strong experience delivering B2B software implementations in complex customer environments.
- Proven ability to own outcomes — not just tasks — in ambiguous and evolving project contexts.
- Comfortable doing hands‑on implementation work, configuration, and problem solving.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with a practical, solution‑oriented mindset.
- Ability to communicate clearly with customers, internal teams, and leadership without over complication.
- Confidence to push back when scope, expectations, or timelines are unrealistic.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross‑functional teams.
Bonus Qualifications- Experience with SaaS, enterprise software, ERP, scheduling, or resource management platforms.
- Background spanning multiple roles (e.g., implementation, QA, BA, CS, technical support).
- Experience delivering software to media, broadcast, operations, or logistics environments.
- Exposure to system integrations, data migration projects, or complex business rule configuration.
- Comfort working directly with enterprise customers and senior stakeholders.
- Experience contributing to or improving delivery processes based on real‑world lessons learned.
If this feels like the right fit, send your resume to careers@vimbiz.com — and don’t stop there. Include a short pitch or personal intro that shows us what makes you stand out. Tell us what excites you, what you’re great at, or what sparks your curiosity.

Summary
Vimsoft is seeking a Business Systems Specialist to support and strengthen customer delivery through hands‑on ownership of system configuration, environments, data, releases, and operational workflows.
This is a hands‑on delivery role focused on how VimBiz is configured, validated, operated, and used in real customer environments. You will work closely with Customer Success, Implementation, QA, Product, and Engineering to ensure the system behaves as expected and supports customer operations effectively.
This is not a project management or people management role. Success in this position comes from strong system understanding, practical problem‑solving, and the ability to take ownership of operational details that directly impact customers.
Primary Duties- Act as a hands‑on specialist for VimBiz system configuration, behavior, and operational use across customer environments.
- Support delivery activities for both implementation projects and production customers.
- Work directly with internal teams to validate configurations, workflows, data setups, and release readiness.
- Investigate and troubleshoot system behavior, data issues, or configuration gaps using a methodical, detail‑oriented approach.
- Support customer delivery activities involving environments, upgrades, imports, validations, or system changes.
- Help prepare, validate, and support release candidate testing and production readiness.
- Collaborate with Customer Success to resolve complex or recurring customer issues that require deeper system understanding.
- Coordinate with QA, Product, and Engineering when system behavior or configuration changes require clarification or follow‑up.
- Contribute to documentation, internal guides, checklists, and operational best practices related to system usage and delivery.
- Identify operational risks or inconsistencies early and take action to prevent customer impact.
- Serve as a reliable point of reference for system behavior and delivery‑related questions.
Minimum Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience working with complex business or enterprise software systems in a delivery, operations, or customer‑facing technical role.
- Demonstrated hands‑on experience with system configuration, validation, data handling, or environment support.
- Proven ability to independently investigate and resolve system or workflow issues beyond basic support scenarios.
- Demonstrated experience being trusted with production or pre‑production systems, including making or validating changes that carried real operational risk.
- Experience personally responsible for end‑to‑end completion of system‑level tasks (e.g. upgrades, data imports, validations, environment preparation), rather than only coordinating or requesting work.
- Proven history of being relied upon as a go‑to system expert when standard procedures or documentation were insufficient.
- Experience where missing a detail or making the wrong call would have had visible operational or customer impact.
- Demonstrated ability to take ownership of system‑related work without relying on escalation, constant review, or step‑by‑step instructions.
Bonus Qualifications- Experience supporting SaaS or enterprise software in production environments.
- Exposure to system upgrades, release validation, data imports, integrations, or environment management.
- Background in operations, business systems, technical support, implementation, or delivery roles.
- Experience working with customers in media, broadcast, or operationally complex environments.
- Interest in improving delivery reliability through better tooling, documentation, and operational practices.

Summary
Vimsoft is seeking a Senior Delivery Specialist to strengthen ownership, execution, and coordination across all customer delivery activities, including both implementation projects and ongoing production customers.
This is a hands‑on senior individual contributor role. You will personally contribute to delivery work while helping bring structure and follow‑through to initiatives that span Customer Success, Product, QA, Training, and Business Analysis. You are expected to understand the system, make sound decisions, and take responsibility for outcomes. This role is intended for senior professionals who have already functioned as an informal escalation point or go‑to person within their teams.
This is not a people‑management role and not an overhead coordination role, though you will naturally act as a senior point of accountability - for customers and internally - ensuring delivery work moves forward efficiently, pragmatically, and with minimal supervision.
Primary Duties- Own customer implementations end‑to‑end, from project initiation to go‑live and post‑launch stabilization.
- Own and contribute to customer delivery activities across implementation and production customers.
- Support and strengthen Customer Success ownership for complex customers, situations, or initiatives.
- Act as a senior point of reference when ownership or next steps span multiple teams.
- Actively contribute to Customer Success, QA, Product, Training, and BA activities to support delivery and build deep system knowledge.
- Perform hands‑on analysis, configuration, validation, troubleshooting, and solution design as needed.
- Help translate customer needs, questions, and issues into clear internal follow‑ups and outcomes.
- Identify delivery risks, gaps, and dependencies early and take action to prevent escalation.
- Coordinate work across teams when multiple groups are involved, without relying on formal authority.
- Make day‑to‑day decisions needed to keep delivery moving without waiting for executive involvement.
- Troubleshoot delivery blockers by diving into details rather than escalating prematurely.
- Contribute to improving delivery practices, documentation, workflows, and internal clarity.
- Provide clear, factual visibility into delivery progress or risks when required.
Minimum Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in customer‑facing roles within a B2B software company, including direct accountability for customer delivery outcomes (not limited to ticket handling or routine status meetings).
- Demonstrated experience acting as the primary point of ownership for complex customer situations involving multiple internal teams.
- Proven track record of being relied upon to take over ambiguous or problematic situations and bring them to resolution with minimal guidance.
- Hands‑on experience working deeply with a complex software system, sufficient to independently analyze workflows, validate behavior, and identify root causes of issues.
- Demonstrated experience making judgment calls that materially affected customer outcomes, timelines, or team priorities.
- History of working with limited structure or direction, where defining the next steps was part of the role.
- Ability to clearly articulate what they owned versus what they contributed to in past roles.
Bonus Qualifications- Experience with SaaS, enterprise software, ERP, scheduling, or resource management platforms.
- Background spanning multiple roles (e.g., implementation, QA, BA, CS, technical support).
- Experience delivering software to media, broadcast, operations, or logistics environments.
- Exposure to system integrations, data migration projects, or complex business rule configuration.
- Comfort working directly with enterprise customers and senior stakeholders.
- Experience contributing to or improving delivery processes based on real‑world lessons learned.
