Employee Schedule - 221
The Employee Schedule form is designed to view and edit weekly schedule event details and manage each day’s Regular Hours for a single employee. Each employee shift or scheduled event is set with planned paid Regular Hours for each day.
Warnings are shown if scheduled shifts are not in compliance with the selected employee’s Employee Contract or other working conditions.

Day Date: Gray background when the week is outside the published schedule due period (Notice Period). | |
Day Date Warning: Orange background when the week is within the published schedule due period (Notice Period). | |
Regular Hours: Contract Regular Hours for the day. | |
Regular Hours + Balance Hours: Balance Hours are displayed if the daily sum of paid schedule event hours is not equal to Regular Hours. | |
• White: Schedule Hours = Regular Hours (Balanced). | |
• Pink: Schedule Hours < Regular Hours (Below Daily Regular Hours). | |
• Yellow: Schedule Hours > Regular Hours (Above Daily Regular Hours). | |
• Orange: Schedule Hours > Max. Hours (Above Daily Maximum Hours). | |
Encroachment: The schedule start time is not respecting Employee Contract Encroachment rules. See Employee Contract Details – Encroachment tab for more info. | |
Holiday: Purple background and the name of the holiday. | |
Assigned Shift Template: The Shift Template name abbreviation is displayed when the scheduled shift uses a Shift Template. The background color comes from Shift Template Details – Fill Color. | |
Assigned Service Center: The Service Center name is display when the employee is assigned to a different Service Center for the day. |

Select Shifts (Shift Templates) tab. |

(optional) If no Shifts exist, select New Shift Template |

Add a shift: Drag and drop a Shift to the 1 Week grid. |

Select the shift: Click on the Shift. |

Increase the duration of the shift: Hover the mouse over the top or bottom edge of the Shift until the cursor changes. Click and drag to the desired duration. |

Clone a shift: Hold the CTRL key and drag and drop the shift to a new day. |
