Net, SQL Server, Oracle, and Linux environments, making him a well-rounded leader in the software development space. His extensive experience has helped drive innovation and efficiency in projects, ensuring customers receive robust and scalable solutions. Pierre’s versatility and focus make him adept at problem-solving and identifying opportunities for growth and process improvement. Tom is a product expert with 16 years of experience implementing VimBiz in the media industry. His deep knowledge of the product and the industry has made him a trusted advisor to customers, ensuring they receive tailored solutions that meet their unique needs.  Tom has an exceptional ability to gather technical requirements and translate them into effective solution proposals, making him highly valued by both customers and colleagues. Outside of work, you can often find Tom on a golf course, at home enjoying time with his family, or being a great host to visiting friends.

With over 26 years of experience in software development across mobile point of sale and insurance industries, Serge specializes in .NET, C/C++, and T-SQL. A great problem solver, Serge thrives on learning new skills and thinking outside the box to tackle challenges. Outside of work, he enjoys creating and playing PC games, biking, traveling, learning new technologies, building scale models and collecting LEGO. Serge also loves DIY projects, from building an arcade machine to home renovations.

With over 26 years of experience in Windows, web, and mobile development, Mike is a seasoned senior software developer dedicated to delivering high-quality solutions. He is always on the lookout for new problems to solve, often tackling online coding challenges in his spare time. Outside of work, you’ll find Mike biking or hiking, embracing the outdoors, or indulging his passion for board games and video games.

With 19 years of experience in VimBiz, Marc has a comprehensive understanding of all modules, with a focus on engineering and rentals. His ability to quickly identify problem areas, along with his willingness to assist others with VimDev questions, makes him a valuable resource for his team. Outside of work, Marc enjoys playing hockey and golf, as well as spending quality time with family and pets.

With over 14 years of experience developing VimBiz, particularly its scheduling and timecard modules, Gilles specializes in optimizing these core systems. His expertise in the timecard automated claim parser enables him to resolve issues and enhance existing solutions effectively. Outside of work, Gilles enjoys long walks, watching movies, reading, and playing video games.

With over 21 years of experience specializing in the Microsoft Technology Stack, Sylvie is committed to delivering solutions that meet complex requirements. She collaborates closely with product and success teams to ensure project success. Outside of work, Sylvie is a 4th Dan Black Belt in Taekwondo, where she both practices and teaches, and enjoys camping, playing games, and reading.

With over 11 years of experience working with various programming languages and technologies, Marcus is dedicated to creating innovative software solutions. His knack for solving puzzles and thinking outside the box enables him to tackle complex bugs effectively. On weekends, you can find Marcus playing guitar, reading, or indulging in all things geeky, from games to movies and escape rooms. 

With a rich background spanning over 26 years, DJ specializes in developing user-friendly software solutions for the broadcasting industry. His creativity and analytical mindset allow him to tackle challenges effectively, ensuring customer needs are met. In his downtime, DJ enjoys exploring the great outdoors and spending quality time with family and friends.

With over 19 years of experience working on the VimBiz product, Brian’s deep knowledge across its various platforms allows him to quickly identify and resolve inconsistencies. Outside of work, he enjoys pond building, gardening, woodworking, and tinkering with vintage arcade machines. 

As a Senior Software Engineer at Vimsoft, Ayotola brings a strong foundation in developing robust, scalable, and secure software applications. His ability to simplify complex technical problems for non-technical stakeholders ensures seamless communication across teams. Outside of work, Ayotola enjoys exploring new locations, taking road trips, and watching football, all while keeping up with the latest technologies and programming concepts. 

With over 12 years of experience spanning electrical work and software development Joshua brings strong front-end expertise to his developer role at Vimsoft. As a key contributor to Encore, our next-generation VimBiz platform, he uses modern technologies like React to build cleaner, faster interfaces that make complex workflows easier for customers. Outside of work, he enjoys science fiction, conventions, costume building, and tinkering with electronics.

With 24 years of IT experience, including 6 in DevOps and cloud infrastructure, Sébastien has built his career around automating processes so teams can focus on meaningful problem-solving. At Vimsoft, he improves CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure workflows, helping developers reduce manual errors and work more efficiently. Outside of work, Sébastien enjoys canoeing, biking, ATV riding, skiing, and practicing martial arts. 

As a Product Success Specialist with 6 years of experience specializing in timecards and scheduling modules, Danielle is committed to enhancing user satisfaction at Vimsoft. Her talent for breaking down complex concepts makes her an excellent trainer and educator, ensuring that users at all levels grasp essential functionalities. In her spare time, Danielle expresses her creativity as an artist and florist, DJs, and participates in a D&D podcast. 

With 3 years of experience specializing in the Business Requirement and Scheduling modules, Pierre is dedicated to ensuring customer success at Vimsoft. His deep knowledge of the product allows him to quickly narrow down complex issues and share insights to boost team productivity. Bringing over 5 years of experience in software testing, including leadership roles, Aziza has a strong knowledge of various testing techniques. Her curious mind and attention to detail enable her to investigate issues thoroughly and provide valuable insights to the team. Outside of work, Aziza enjoys walking her dog, hiking, and exploring new hobbies while unwinding with her favorite TV shows.

With 30 years of experience in customer-focused sales and technology, Marcus transitioned from the craft beer world into B2B tech before studying Software Quality Assurance at NBCC Moncton, where he graduated with honours. At Vimsoft, he helps ensure VimBiz delivers consistent, reliable performance, with a focus on testing our next-generation Encore interface. Outside of work, Marcus enjoys woodworking, snowboarding, golf, tinkering with tech, and long-form podcasts.

With 24 years of experience in software design and development, James began his career in game design, where he contributed to over a dozen titles. For the past 11 years at Vimsoft, James has used his creative background to drive UI/UX improvements, marketing campaigns, training videos, and help center content—helping VimBiz communicate clearly across every channel. On weekends, he enjoys spending time with family and friends, outdoor adventures, and artsy projects.

As a UI/UX Designer, Jeremie oversees product design direction, ensuring a seamless and user-centered experience. With more than 20 years of experience in graphic and UI/UX design, he brings a deep understanding of design, usability, and problem-solving. Outside of work, Jeremie enjoys spending time with his big, loving family and dogs. He also loves designing and building bespoke furniture and perfecting his Japanese cooking skills.

With 21 years of experience in finance, accounting, and human resources, Nicolas has worked with both publicly traded and privately held companies, handling financial reporting, contracts, payroll, and more. His attention to detail and analytical skills ensure the smooth and accurate management of company finances. Outside of work, Nicolas enjoys spending time outdoors with his family, playing sports, and traveling.
